She is deeply versed in board governance for private companies having served as General Counsel for both public and private companies and as a board member herself. Among other positions, Elizabeth has been Corporate Counsel and Vice President at an international bank, the General Counsel of a NASDAQ-listed public company, as well as the General Counsel and Managing Director of a Silicon Valley investment firm.
